Stephan Mashel Hits $150,000 Jury Verdict
Last month a Middlesex County Jury returned a verdict in favor of a Mashel Law client for $150,000 related to a personal injury lawsuit for neck and left shoulder injuries caused by a motor vehicle accident which occurred in Jackson Township, New Jersey in November 2014. The Defendant only offered $3,000 to settle before trial. Because Mashel Law had filed an Offer to Take Judgment for $70,000 back in August 2016, which was not accepted by the Defendant, Mr. Mashel has filed a Motion requesting the the Court to order the Defendant to pay attorney fees and costs exceeding $100,000, plus pay the verdict amount.
